Repair
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we also carry out repairs and maintenance work on our devices (for example: speed monitoring RC3, precipitation sensors IRSS88 and central units TLCU22-04).
Just send us your device. We will check it and make a quotation upon request. After you have released the repair, we will reset the unit and let it run for the duration of the test.
With our repair service, we offer you a fast and competent support for your equipment - and this over a long period of time. We also take care of devices that have been in operation for years.
If a repair is no longer economical, we can offer you new equipment at interesting conditions.
Production
We see ourselves as a manufacturing industry in Germany, as our production is carried out at our Hildesheim location.
Thus, we offer you the possibility to manufacture our products at short notice and adapted to your needs.

Development
Development in the branch escalator means that we offer individual adaptations to your escalator in addition to the products from our catalog. This is not only helpful for new escalators, but especially for the modernization of old systems. We can rely on our experience as well as on a large network of suppliers.

Service around your RLS Wacon products
In order to offer you an optimal service to our products, we have compiled here all relevant information.
In addition to an insight into our production and development, we provide you with a water hardness calculator which allows you to convert a water hardness value into the different units.
RLS Wacon is convinced that an on-site service by a competent contact person is very important. This is why we offer you a network of partners who will help you with your requirements regarding our products - at your location and without any detours.
Repair
In order to offer you the best possible service, we also carry out repairs and maintenance work on our equipment.
Simply send us your device. We will check it and make a quotation upon request. After your release of the repair, we refurbish the unit and test it extensively in our water laboratory.
With our repair service, we offer you fast and competent support for your equipment - and this for a long term period. We also take care of devices that have been in operation for many years.
If a repair is no longer economical or you would like to upgrade to a new generation, we offer you our new equipment at interesting conditions.
Production
Our production in the branch of water analysis covers everything from electronic equipment to assembly and testing. These are done for devices on our water wall, but chemicals are tested in our in-house chemical laboratory.
The production is supplemented by a mechanical workshop where we can adapt the equipment to your specific requirements. The production of smaller spare parts is also carried out internally.

Development
In the area of development, we take care of our hardware as well as the chemistry.
Thanks to many years of experience and a young dynamic development team, we are able to develop powerful measuring and sensor technology.
Here, we use state-of-the-art software tools to develop state-of-the-art mechanical and control engineering applications.
In particular, the interaction of development and production at our Hildesheim location allows for short distances in the case of changes or extensions to existing systems.
