D-version (rev.) for OTIS and KONE escalators

The passenger detection system D-version (rev.) is a cost-optimized variant of the D-version, which is in the same level of all light curtains in functionality and safety. The optimization is in the area of the manufacturing process and the availability of module chains. In the D-version (rev.), the module housing identifies directly whether it is a transmitter or a receiver.

The D version is characterized by the following features:

  • Original RUDOLPH version
  • More cost-effective than the conventional D-version
  • Chains with 3 and 7 modules are available
  • Extremely robust and weather-resistant
  • No wear parts
