The step gap lighting SL800-RG, 24 VDC, common GND is installed below the steps in the entrance- and exit-area of the escalator and serves to illuminate the step gap in the comb area. During the continuous movement of the steps a flashing effect is generated which calls the users´ attention to the escalator.
